Clause 1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "Player") and RC88 ("RC88", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://rc88.casa (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the RC88 Platform — including but not limited to the live casino, sports betting, slot games, and promotional services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access to and use of the Platform. RC88 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Clause 2 Definitions

In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Clause 3 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account with RC88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, or contractor of RC88, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously had an Account with RC88 that was suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

RC88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence substantiating eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending Balance pending resolution.

Clause 4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. RC88 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

4.1 KYC Documentation

RC88 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests, or at any point deemed necessary by our compliance team. The following documents may be requested:

• Government-issued photo ID: Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Driver's Licence, or valid Passport;
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address;
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your valid ID document alongside your face;
• Payment method verification: A screenshot or statement confirming the payment method registered on your Account is held in your legal name.

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests withheld until verification is successfully concluded. RC88 targets a 24–48 hour turnaround for standard KYC review from the time all required documents are received in satisfactory condition.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. RC88 will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any unauthorised access to your Account must be reported to RC88 immediately.

Clause 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

RC88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability in your region:

• Malaysian bank transfers via FPX: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank;
• DuitNow instant transfer;
• eWallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay;
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. These thresholds may be adjusted by RC88 from time to time and any changes will be communicated via the Platform.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

RC88 targets processing of standard MYR withdrawal requests within three (3) minutes for eWallet and DuitNow channels, and within ten (10) minutes for FPX bank transfers, subject to verification status and applicable daily processing windows. RC88 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the Member's verified legal name. RC88 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal request.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the RC88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless a Member has elected to transact in a supported cryptocurrency. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the Member's responsibility.

Clause 6 Bonuses & Promotions

RC88 offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless superseded by specific promotional terms:

• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, and per IP address, unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise;
• Bonus Credits are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable offer details, which are disclosed clearly before acceptance;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period of the promotion; uncompleted wagering obligations result in forfeiture of the Bonus Credit and any winnings derived therefrom;
• RC88 does not permit wagering with Bonus Credits on certain game categories where stated in the applicable offer, including, where specified, progressive jackpot games;
• RC88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, in the event of technical errors, abuse, or unforeseen circumstances;
• Members found to be exploiting promotions, engaging in bonus abuse, or using Accounts for the primary purpose of extracting promotional value rather than genuine gaming activity may have their Accounts suspended and balances confiscated.

Clause 7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the RC88 Platform — including live baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, roulette, blackjack, slot games, and sports betting markets covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events — are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform.

RC88 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for applicable games and live dealer streams from verified third-party studios. Game outcomes are final once a bet is settled. In the event of a game malfunction, disputed round, or technical failure that materially affects the integrity of a game round, RC88 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Member's Account Balance.

RC88 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any game or market. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.

Clause 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the RC88 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all Balances and pending withdrawals:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with RC88;
• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or using more than one Account on the Platform;
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other Members to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional structures, including but not limited to opening duplicate Accounts to claim multiple bonuses or low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the Platform;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks with a payment provider;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the laundering of proceeds of criminal activity or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations;
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

Clause 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the RC88 Platform — including but not limited to the RC88 name, logo, trademarks, graphic elements, software, text, images, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of RC88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or incorporated into any commercial product or service without the prior written consent of RC88.

Clause 10 Responsible Gambling

RC88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment. The RC88 Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and must not be used as a means of addressing financial difficulties, generating income, or resolving personal crises.

RC88 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a specified period;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual play sessions;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic in-session notifications showing elapsed play time;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and opt out of all future marketing communications.

Clause 11 Account Suspension & Termination

RC88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice where RC88 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity has occurred or is suspected;
• A Member is under the age of 21;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate such action;
• Continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable risk to RC88, other Members, or the integrity of the Platform.

A Member may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting RC88 Customer Support. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Credits and associated winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless they have met all applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure.

Clause 12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RC88 excludes all warranties, conditions, or representations, whether express or implied, in connection with the Platform and its services. RC88 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

RC88 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon;
• Technical malfunctions, game errors, or connectivity failures beyond RC88's reasonable control;
• Losses attributable to unauthorised access to a Member's Account due to the Member's failure to maintain credential security;
• Gambling losses, which are an inherent risk of gaming activity and are not recoverable as damages.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by RC88's negligence, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Clause 13 Amendments to These Terms

RC88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice posted on the Platform homepage and, where appropriate, by email to the address registered on the Account. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact RC88 to close your Account.

Clause 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RC88 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to RC88's Customer Support team for informal resolution.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of formal written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by RC88 in its reasonable discretion.

RC88's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
